Helen Parr, also known as Elastigirl or Mrs. Incredible, is a central character in Disney Pixar's animated superhero film, The Incredibles (2004).
Before superheroes were forced into hiding, Helen was a celebrated crime fighter known for her incredible elasticity, allowing her to stretch, bend, and reshape her body in countless ways. She retired and adopted the identity of Helen Parr, marrying fellow superhero Mr. Incredible and starting a family.
